Pros
I enjoyed having my own office and was able to work without someone looking over my shoulder every day. I was also able to work from home if necessary and I received a bonus almost every year.
Cons
TechnipFMC is very unorganized. We changed names 3 times while I was employed there. None of the CEOs, CFOs, etc. ever know what they're doing and their actions usually only correspond to the needs on one part of the company. The managers wander around with no direction and if you need anything taken care of by corporate you can't get it done sooner than a month. The IT department is not very efficient so every time there is a problem, which is often, it takes forever to get back online. Management is terrible, Executives are terrible, and nobody cares about anyone but themselves.
