Pros
They allow you to use your expertise with little interference and I have been giving probably the most difficult process systems most are ever likely to see.
Cons
They do not seem to be able to obtain new Projects I have no idea why? I assume it is because of the greed of most Companies these days, pride of doing a good job is no longer the foremost concern it is profit and no longer having regard and respect for employees and the American people.
