Pros
The company is walking a good amount to become a better and more modern company. They are trying at least to comply with ESG, adopted a series of changes to employ minorities withou discrimination, and to qualify and have women in positions of leadership empowering them.
Cons
HR is against you, never think otherwise. If thye feel marginaly prompetd to work on anything other than the basic, they will brick and break your carreer. Two HR members said in a semi public forum without noticing (corridor conversation, believe it or not) that they were thinking in let a certain someone ask to leave due to their salary being 1/3 what it should be, so they would get someone on the market paying the correct amount. In doing that they would not mess their personal statistics (new hire has a bigger budget.)
