      I don't find any pros in the company except team

      Cons

      No good infrastructure Not a good management Policies get charged in a second of time Even switching on the Air condition is also a crime Simple policy if they need they hire if they don't have projects simply fire the people

      Feels great when you're starting off with them, but with time you realize that you're just a mere cog in a system that only minds the welfare of senior managers.

      Cons

      The company is too sales-centric, often at the expense of low cadre employees.
