None as such as only wasted time and efforts even though being talented. Now joined FAANG with 1cr package, for which this company didn't contribute anything, only my relentless efforts in upskilling.
Cons
No new skills learning, only client's customized solutions Non technical PMs who just want tasks to over, without knowing the seriousness of the blockers HRs only do politics and gossips here, ghost employees and do not take any stand in front of managers No hikes at all after 3 years working with them and bringing in 10 Cr revenue in total No worklife balance No leave approvals Most of the team members are old and they do dirty toxic politics No sprint structure or management
