Pros
Diverse customer base provides regular opportunities to broaden your skill set. Casual work environment/dress code, and coworkers are a great group of people. Management will pretty much leave you alone as long as you do your job. Company puts $$ in your 401K annually even if you don't contribute to it yourself.
Cons
They don't pay as much as larger companies - but there's not much bureaucracy here and they aren't obsessed with metrics like a lot of employers in this industry. Health insurance is better than it used to be, but still expensive.
