      You get to work with some really good leads. Tareq, Peter and Richard. They provide you with the knowledge you need to succeed there. Many other god people there as well. They are eager to teach you a new skill or help you improve on skills you may have.

      Cons

      You may have to work with some lead(s) that in my opinion should not be in that role.
