Pros
Colleagues, culture, customers, and salary model are just the best and have benefitted me great as a senior dev. Management that really gets you what you want in terms of development and projects. Social activities and other things that I have never experienced anywhere else before. So super friendly and awesome people.
Cons
None. But it's something for sure that I don't think about, but I'm convinced that management is working on it anyway to improve.
