Incredible mission, fast-paced and lots of opportunity for growth. Overall really great and extremely talented people across the company. Tons of global exposure and interaction with employees and entrepreneurial communities across the globe.
Cons
It's a fully distributed team across a ton of time zones which can lead to challenges with communications and sometimes too many channels/tools to get work done.
