Make u bit engaged most, weekly parties will b there, outings also good, if u work in client location u ll get some extra perks since u ll do extra work, no high end technology, broadvision tool they r using extensively.
Cons
No exposure to latest technologies, tools used here, might not work in other organizations. K to start ur career, but suggest not to settle. Unless u get better pkg
