      Small company means everyone sometimes has to wear multiple hats. All are a team but this may be a con for others who prefer being siloed into just their scope and nothing more.

      Best environment I've ever worked in. People are great, bosses are great. There is opportunity given to learn

      Can't think of much bad items. But it is growing and there are improvements that is being addressed.
