good place to start your career - MERN Developer Techwin Labs Employee Review

I have been working at Techwin Labs LLP for 2 years as a Team Lead – MERN Stack & Backend Development and my experience has been excellent. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative culture, with supportive management that encourages ownership and continuous learning. The work environment is positive, transparent, and motivating. I’ve had the opportunity to work on exciting projects with a talented team, and leadership always provides the right guidance for both personal and professional growth. Work-life balance is well respected, and overall it’s an amazing place to build a long-term career.

I have only had positive experiences here; no downsides worth mentioning.

There were no pros, they stole all of my money and crippled my business.

A team of LIARS and THIEVES! DO NOT waste your money here. They will lie to you day after day, overpromise and underdeliver. I was told my project would be done in November 2024, it is now April 2025 and I still do not have a completed project. They took $6,000 of mine and then completely ghosted me. When I would hear from them they would continue to lie to me. They charged me $2500 for a mobile app which they NEVER completed, they charged me $700 for an Apple Car Play integration which was NEVER completed. They also charged me $500 for an Eventbrite API which was NEVER completed. The only thing that was delivered was a lackluster web application that hardly works. These guys are FRAUDS and THIEVES! They will have someone else accept the contract on Upwork to avoid bad reviews also. They ruined my business and stole the only money I had set out for this project. Do yourself a favor and find someone who isn't in India, you will regret it I promise. If I could give 0 stars to these people I would.
