-Management are extremely argumentative
-Management bully the lower staff members
-Management don’t look for skills in you to push you further.
-Staff talk behind each other’s backs.
-Management won’t pay you for over time or when you have to work on holidays.
-Management lie to you about your career path.
-People use you consistently without any gratitude.
-There’s never milk for tea or coffee.
-Management are extremely childish and throw their toys out of the pram a lot.
-Management looks for money in a job but doesn’t reward those who have worked hard on it. But instead treat themselves to new luxury items.
-Management treat their staff not as employees but as friends, if you don’t make the cut they won’t like you.
-I have personally seen management bully people so much it has forced them to leave.
