      Tecnalia allows you to have an easy day by day life. You can easily combine personal and professional life.

      Cons

      It is really discouraging some aspects of the management. The lack of professionalism in the supervisors is disheartening. This company is based in many years of governmental support so that the spirit of competitiveness in most of the employees is very lax.

      Great autonomy to work. Opportunity to touch almost every relevant field regarding technology development (health, energy, industry, environment, IT,,....). Commitment with local companies and society development.

      Too linked to public R&D foundings Internal organization and processes need to speed up and become more flexible Management too focused on expenses reduction and optimization of resources
