Pros
At lower levels the colleagues are great. Then you scale a little, get a better position and it's all selfishness, politics and little work.
Cons
Terrible level of management, everything is love to the CEO of the company. Less and less interesting projects, with ridiculous salaries and far below market. Very high levels of turnover, replaced by interns (400 INTERNS IN A 3K WORKERS COMPANY!)
