It is a nice place if you are starting with software development. They have a nice work environment, and the colleagues are always willing to help you. They are also very flexible with the working hours.
Cons
It is difficult to grow in the company. If you get in as a intern, you will stay as a intern for a long time (one of my colleages was working as a intern for 3 years, which is absurd and even ilegal).
