      Pros

      Many good intern positions to start you career. Free working hours. Work-from-home abilities. Good office in own building, own car and cycle parking. Regular language training. Several good team-building events every year.

      Cons

      Middle salaries. Not much career opportunities. None of any really valuable benefits programs.
