Pros
No hiring qualifications what so ever, homeless people are welcome. I've worked with many who are homeless or live out of their car. If your good at scamming people and confident you can have decent checks (the amount of hours you must put in for a check are another story). Pay is weekly... After the first three weeks.
Cons
Employees, and I say employees, because that's how your treated here are not valued at all. Even though your contracted and it's illegal to treat contractors like employees they manage to get away with it. Drugs are heavily used in this company, I've seen MANY of the hire-ups doing heavy drugs during my time at thus company. The amount of time you must put in at this company is insane compared to the checks they write. Basically you will work an average of 80 hours per week here, and only the better scam artists are actually making 1,000+. Even at 1,200 per week with the hours worked it comes to about $11 per hour. They don't take our taxes so you will owe the IRS 20% of each check which brings your income per hour down to around $9 per hour, and that's only if you manage to make over 1,200 per check. If your only making $3-600 per week, I promise you don't even want to know how far below minimum wage your making. This company holds up to nothing they say, bonuses do not get paid out half the time. You will also be around people who love to smile in your face, then stab you in the back first chance they get... Basically the entire management team. This is the worst company I could ever imagine that calls itself legit.
