      Pros

      I only worked for Tecsys for a short while, but I often think back on it with good memories. The people were nice and friendly, the work was good, and the CEO genuinely cares. We had a virtual Christmas party and it was definitely fun and memorable. My boss was awesome and so was HR. Just a great group over all.

      Cons

      Unfortunately supply chain was impacted due to COVID constraints. It was beyond anyone's control. I just wanted to leave a 5 star review because this company deserves it!

      A sense of "family" values in terms of the enthusiasm, respect and cooperation that employees show each other and customers/prospects.

      Cons

      After 4 years, no "cons" to write of.
