Pros
Tectrade really cares about its employees and their welfare. The benefits package is excellent and has really improved over the last 12 months. If you are prepared work hard it will be recognised and rewarded. If you are prepared to get yourself noticed it will also be recognised.
The senior management team and directors are all approachable and friendly and they genuinely care about the staff. They want people to succeed because if the staff succeed and are happy then the company will also be successful.
The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and no one is unapproachable.
Cons
It's genuinely difficult trying to find a con. Sometimes the hours can be long and the workload can be high, however this is recognised by the company and not taken for granted.
