Over the past 6 months, the company has redefined it's mission to be very focused on what each of its team members take to heart: to provide superior business solutions with a focus on quality, performance and people. Tegrit has also worked with its entire team do ask the question, "who do we want to be?" Cons
Tegrit expects excellence and high quality delivery from each of it's team members. There is no opportunity to be self serving or lazy.
