This is a terrible company, and my experience here was extremely bad. I worked here for about 6 months, during which I lost a significant amount of weight and became mentally depressed and unwell due to the toxic environment and abusive language, along with constant humiliation from the CEO, Mustafa Chapal. He made the lives of his employees extremely difficult. If you're even 30 seconds late, your salary will be deducted. You even have to time yourself in the washroom; if you work one minute less in your 8-hour shift, it will be marked as an abandoned shift, and then Mustafa Chapal will humiliate you further. There is a approx 150-page document filled with bizarre policies that the CEO changes on a daily basis. These policies are not mentioned in the NDA or the offer letter but are presented to you after joining, and you are forced to follow them. It’s better to remain jobless than work here because your health will deteriorate, and you will be subjected to so much unnecessary pressure that your productivity will be completely destroyed. You will also have to endure verbal abuse from the CEO. He has no sense of how to talk to people. This place is like the North Korea of companies in Pakistan. They hire under the name "Chapal Pvt Ltd." The same Memon FK OFS is behind all of this. DO NOT accept their offer before reading their complete employee handbook. They will try to hide all their policies until after you sign. Their policies change daily—literally. They give you a document edited every day by the CEO, Mustafa Chapal himself. They use a time management software called Hubstaff to monitor your activity, take screenshots, track time on your computer, use cameras, and even listen to your audio recordings in the room. Leaves are available, but there are so many conditions that you won’t be able to use them. They talk about bonuses and increments, but it's all a scam—literally everything is a scam. Zero benefits are provided. If anything gets damaged, you pay for it out of your pocket. You only get 15 minutes for restroom breaks and prayer, and that’s it. So, you have to watch the clock even in the toilets. The office looks filthy, like an under-construction building. The CEO is a sociopath, so unless you like hearing words like "motherfudger" aimed at you in front of your subordinates, do not apply here. All written promises of bonuses and appraisals are plain lies, depending entirely on the CEO's mood. This is the most unprofessional CEO ever. They also have something called CCT, Core Competency Test, where if you make even a small mistake like writing a date as 6/10/24 instead of 06/10/24, you’ll get a CCT, and you won’t get your annual salary hike. Once, my keyboard malfunctioned, and a task name changed. Even though I fixed it with Ctrl+Z, I still had to face a CCT. Their leave policy is extremely ridiculous and unfair.
