Great work environment but few benefits available - Jr. SQA engineer Tekarsh Employee Review

Flexitble office hour. No micro management. Nobody is monitoring. Work in US culture. Lunch and dinner.

Working hour (1 PM - 10 PM). No evening snacks. Almost no picnic/tour/outing. Low PTO.

Tekarsh has been a great place to grow both professionally and personally. The company encourages ownership, learning, and innovation, which makes day-to-day work meaningful and motivating. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, and leadership is approachable and open to ideas. What I appreciate most about Tekarsh is the focus on quality and long-term thinking—whether it’s in engineering practices, problem-solving, or team development. I’ve had opportunities to work on challenging projects that genuinely improved my skills and understanding. Overall, Tekarsh is a solid organization with a healthy work environment, talented people, and a clear vision. I’m grateful for the experience and growth I’ve gained here.
