Pros
Pros: (1) They will be polite in words but still would not cooperate/help you in any way. (2) They will deliver company laptop very fast afterall they need to take work from you. (3) After release, they will take back company Laptop very fast afterall they have done with you.
Cons
CONS: You have to beg for everything (No proper support). (1) 1st begging-They will take your joining on "Draft Offer Letter" and don't expect they will provide you formal "Appointment/Offer Letter" easily. Your begging will start from here. Until you ask many times, you will not get that. (2) 2nd begging- Your 1st Salary, they would not transfer in your account until you call them and beg again. Also that is only possible incase your client is good and approved Timesheet on-time otherwise may be you have to beg your salary every month. (3) 3rd begging- Even if you will resign with proper Notice Period still they would not provide you Relieving/Experience Letter w/o begging. In my case, I got my Relieving/Exp Letter while i finally told them that i will mail to their Client. (4) Here to Note that on client side also 99% are South Indian (specially Tamilian) so in your project itself you will see nepotism also they speak their local language during internal meetings. So i would highly recommend to Non-South-Indians, please do not join this company, this is definetely not a good company for you. (5) 4th begging- After leaving the company, if you want to withdraw your PF then don't expect any support from them. In my case, i approached them 5 months and ultimately..No success. (6) 5th begging- They will even do not provide you FORM16 on-time, Now i am on this stage and begging for my FORM16 since approx 25 days now. Special Note: Take in to consideration that they may create problem even in your Background Check by not responding to your New Company so my advice is please stay away from this company because it is Neither good for your Present nor for your Future career.
