They need to focus more Project's (Onsite-Offshore Model)

This company is in a growing mode and is in the media/news every other day, so the trend is always forward looking especially for somebody who is trying to get a first hand perspective. And for a forward looking company, I personally think there is no gain in treating an employee badly but still if there are individual experiences it is best to talk and resolve. A clap happens only with two hands and so every individuals story has another side to it. Every company have their merits and demerits and so their share of happy and content employees and a few disgruntled employees as well. I am not saying this because I am a current employee and I want to gain some mileage out of it, but just think what do we get by accusing individuals when they were heading a different business unit/organization? How is it even relevant to the current situation??Why are we discussing an individuals personality in a forum based on our personal experience only for others to make a judgement on an individual rather than employment opportunities??Yes I am talking about someones recent posting about how Prabhuram treated them at another company named Goworks. How does it even matter or relevant while reviewing employment opportunities with Tekplay as a company? This site is not to do an autopsy of an individuals personality or his or hers personal experience with an individual at a different place and time when most of us aren't aware of the background of what went wrong in the old situation... So lets all as an employee be more logical in expressing our views the best way possible which again doesn't mean just to sugar coat things but atleast lets state what is relevant with the current company and not of an individuals experience with another individual not only at a different date and time but in a totally different organization...

Like all growing companies there is a lag in policies getting formulated on time and timely communications on changes happening more so at a level lower than the Sr. Management so many good things go unnoticed. I personally think this is something that can be easily and quickly corrected and is not a deterring factor not to approach Tekplay for employment opportunities.
