The CEO, CTO, and COO are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met—caring and genuinely considerate of employees as humans—but the recent organizational changes are creating a toxic environment that undermines their values.
Cons
The recent transitions at Tekrowe Digital have left employees unhappy and insecure. The company is shifting employees' roles and tracks without proper consideration, causing dissatisfaction and uncertainty. Work-life balance, which was promised in contracts, has completely eroded—employees can't even take time off during emergencies or special occasions. There’s a lack of respect for employees, who are now judged solely on their skillsets and expected to work like robots. The environment feels demotivating and unappreciative.
