Pros
Excellent work-life balance. Really experienced co-workers that allow you to learn a ton, especially early in career development. Great facilities and amenities (on-campus gym, basketball court, Starbucks).
Cons
Lack of funds invested in R&D. There is a general feeling of missing the "good old days" - and a sense that they will never be back. Look to the future instead of dwelling on the past.
