Pros

Does not work on new technology and programming languages , so your job is secured atleast if you are average person or below average person. Obviously person above average category will not stay here for long.

Cons

Still working with old technology stuffs, mostly driven by competitor not by new ideas.

Pros

Extremely smart engineers in Oregon, generally has a decent culture, invincible brand name

Cons

Company profit isn't being reinvested into itself, parent company controls all profit. This can be seen in lack of NPIs.
