Pros
Easy to get a job right now if you're desperate and fresh out of college. It's a paycheck. The engineers are nice.
Cons
They have zero interest in retaining or acquiring senior talent. People walk out the door without their manager even caring enough to talk to them. Mismanagement on every level has created an awful working environment. Pays 15-20% below market average, yet expects you to deliver the results of at least 2 engineers. Bonuses are a pittance for Level 1-3 engineers. Zero opportunity for promotion past L3. Salary raises and performance are tied directly to revenue for engineering. If you belong to a suffering product line, you can easily end up in a position to be laid off based on performance through no fault of your own. Yearly layoffs that cut deep. Investors come before anything else and if they don't see return on investment, your division will suffer. No one is left to replace the talent leaving this company. After years of layoffs thinning the work force down to bare minimums it has created zero redundancy. There is currently nothing about this company worth working for. Proceed at your own risk.
