No growth Only profitable because salaries are being slashed Zero opportunities for advancement Many promises are made by the COO (especially when he’s drinking); none ever happen COO writes item in a agenda, but never follows up on stuff COO has anger issues and has a reputation for taking it out on employees COO has overlooked personnel issues in regard to hostile work environment multiple times with past and present employees Stifling of employee concerns Free-for-all among employees since there is zero leadership Leadership claims transparency, while hiding all they can Leadership/management talks a big game, but no follow through Owner is kept in the dark and believes his company is a enjoyable and productive workplace No accountability Hours worked are based upon friendships – friendly people need apply! No incentive programs for sales to sell Sales doesn’t have to sell to remain employed Employees are complacent Constant reinvention of the wheel Company events provided to mask issues rather than deal with them Expensive insurance Squeaky wheels and drinking buddies gets all the oil No exit interviews
