Solid team and supportive manager, but constant changes frustrate - Service Account Manager Telaid Employee Review

Remote work can be nice

Telaid loves to offer prospective employees salaries below the range that is listed, they claim that you are just below the level of what you interviewed for. They have a pattern of this behavior. Pay is low and will not increase. Management is not engaged with employees. As mentioned in other reviews, HR seems to only have management's back. Overall posistion wasn't similar to project management anywhere else. Essentially just monitoring techs as they do their work over zoom or by phone.
