      Dynamische markt, veel kennis van telecom aanwezig, goede begeleiding, jonge honden, veel verantwoordelijkheid, goede informele werksfeer, hard werken en een goede cultuur.

      Cons

      Willen soms iets te snel zaken, ze slaan soms hele processen over.Wellicht goed om af en toe een stapje terug te doen, om zo ook 2 stappen vooruit te kunnen.
