Investigating each case takes several visits, usually several days plus time spent writing the report. The company requires employees to close 20 cases per month, which is close to impossible, in order to pay (around $800) a month. On top of that you get paid on a closed-case basis. So if you don't close 20 cases, you will only be working for $800 a month.
