Pros
When I started, benefits were good, but that changed when bonuses were cut the week before they were supposed to be paid and the PTO policy was changed with minimal warning.
Cons
Untrustworthy management, pretty bad work-life balance, toxic culture, a lot of turnover, distrust amongst departments, senior management squashes any criticism
