Pros
It's a paycheck. And you don't take work home with you. That is about it.
Cons
In the data analyst group, you are constantly "hushed" if you are talking with your co-workers. You have assigned break times AND an assigned lunchtime. The seating has you facing the wall about 3 feet in front of you, while your manager sits in the middle of the room where he can big-brother ALL your activities. His lap-dog sits right next to him and spies for him when he's not in the room. Senior management is under the thumb of the owner, who comes in when he feels like it, yells down the hall for his "tools" to join him for a meeting, and frequently walks around with his lawyer (who I believe also has some financial interest in the company). My best advice is to do a Google search on the owner, the company name, and simply ask around. You make your own decision.
