      Pros

      The company has great income. The IT equipment is relatively new . The technology is relatively updated.

      Cons

      Telefire is a company that on one hand has great income but on the other hand the R&D lab look very bad with lot of old equipment .the company is divided into two parts the north part which is very fancy and the south part which is very messy . The time schedule for tasks are very tight and the pressure on the developers is very high.
