Great Benefit but micro management - Anonymous employee Teleflex Employee Review

Poor time management at Corporate level. Corporate guys does not know what they want and almost every request is urgent and due on the same day. Local management team is extremely micro managing their employees. No work life balance as bosses expect you to be on call 24/7 (even though company does not pay your phone bill). Boss can call you when you are sleeping or eating and expecting you to drop anything you are doing outside office hours to entertain their request.
