Pros
Fresher can learn a lot there they have very good project on telecom but not any development there . The manager is very great in having great knowledge on Java but in other technology not much having great experience in architecture design . Previously it was a very big company till 2019

In 2019 it was a very great organization but after that all employee left the organisation because they don't give any great salary hike according to market standards For a 3 year experience person they offer only 4 lakh lpa They also signed a bond for 3 years if you left organization they will ask for 2 lakh rupees for the experience letter If you don't pay they will not give But if you are in a relation with the company owner they will give you
