Pros
You really don't learn any customer service from them unless you already had previous experience. The supervisors are friendly and try to create a positive environment. And if you are lucky to get hours, you get paid even though its minimum wage. The only person who has a good rebuttal answer is the lady supervisor.
Cons
1) Long periods of no work. At the check if your working daily line, they keep on informing there will be projects expected next week thank you for standing by, however, it's almost a joke because you are employed but rather not working for almost two months or more even at a time because there are no shifts, but yet they keep on saying work expected to resume soon. 2) They have a no reference policy. The supervisors are nice but they cannot help by providing references even if they want to because the company does not allow.
