Great open door policy. Clear and precise communication - you always know where you stand and what needs to be accomplished. Ability for team members to move and branch into other areas, as those opportunities arise. Management enables individuals to take control of their own progress. This is a team of Type A people, that have extensive business and technology experience, and they are willing to share that experience.
Cons
Growing organization, so typical growing pains. Not likely an environment for individuals that need their hand held or must be told what to do, as the team members that are here for long-term are ones that are self-starters, motivated and driven to succeed.
