Decent products with good potential. Weak development and abysmal quality assurance due to under-funding. WAY too much staff turn-over.
Cons
Excessive focus on funnel and forecast management. Most sales people are not technical enough, or lack video industry experience, to understand the products. So the sales engineers need to carry the burden without appropriate recognition.
