Extremely stressful. Expected up to have the same depth of knowledge with USAA that USAA agents (who actually work for the company) have. Was told my job was actually something else entirely & it was to late to back at after training finished. Was promised promotion & that was a lie. Was passed around by so many managers although I overachieved in my role. Won giveaways & gift cards, which I never received.
