Pros
Working from home. Having a hard time coming up with another.
Cons
There are honestly too many to list. The number one problem with this company is that they offer a subpar product. Unreliable product equals a high volume of customer service complaints. This company has a history of terrible customer service, and changes to procedure do little to rectify the issue. They will require you to sit through continuous compliance trainings on topics such as Ethics and Harassment. Management does not lead by the examples set forth in these trainings. At all. Example: numerous scenarios where pay increases were promised as a motivator. When it comes time to pay you, they suddenly say "sorry, we never had approval for it". You will be pulled away to do jobs that you were not hired for. You will be working under very chaotic conditions with very little consistency. My advice: don't.
