      - A lot of learning - Sometimes they give good courses

      - Low payment - Awful environment - Physical and emotional violence - Low opportunity to grow - Nepotism - Mobbing - You get fired if you are sick - Harassment (even after living the company) - Micromanaging - Unfair dismissals - Plagiarism of projects and ideas - Extended hours (more than 16hrs per day) - No parking spots - Poor protocol against covid19 - They can tell you are doing great and fire you up next day - Drug and alcohol abuse - Tons of lazy people - Practice of sexual acts within the facilities

      They pay always at the right time, great status, nice installations, good food, very nice contacts, great vitrine for future jobs

      Cons

      Horrible everyday schedule of work, meetings every days, your are not owner of your free time, you work on weekends with not extra salary or extra hours paid, the environment is the worst to work, always they treat you like a slave
