Strong adoption of Microsoft Azure services with a cloud-first mindset. Well-structured cloud governance and resource management practices. Supportive and collaborative engineering teams that encourage knowledge sharing. Good focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence. Opportunities to work on large-scale cloud transformation and modernization projects.

Cloud governance processes could be further standardized across teams and subscriptions. Some legacy systems create challenges for modernization and cloud-native adoption. Resource provisioning and change management approvals can sometimes be slow. Limited automation in certain operational areas increases manual effort. Cost optimization practices could be improved to maximize Azure spending efficiency. Documentation and architecture standards vary between projects.
