- Low Compensation - Frequent Layoffs (Very unstable) - No work life balance due to nightly Meetings - Will hand out task not part of your JD - No Trainings for career improvement - Low End equipment prone bluescreen of death

Greatly appreciated the positive culture and work environment at my previous employer, which fostered collaboration and personal growth.

Despite the excellent culture, I found that the salary was not competitive and did not align with the market standards for the role and responsibilities.
