Pros

Great experience for a young man looking to learn new skills and gain troubleshooting IQ in the moment. They tell you not to take tips but that’s the upside of the job. “The tips” you can receive tips just don’t go back to office bragging about it. They equip u with handy tools and many training videos to learn craft of installing appliances. Everyone including management means well and good hearted people.

Cons

Pay sucks for the amount of hours you put in daily. Can get dangerous. Pays every 2 weeks. They say you can make a lot of money but that’s only if you work 100 hours a week and depends on loads and mcodes. It’s a lot on management. The GM got let go during the launch of St. Louis location and management was thrown in to the fire. I felt bad for leaving without notice but that type of work is unhealthy if you are not built for it! “Know yourself and don’t let anyone tell you who you are”! Temco Logistics overhyped and underpaid. I have done less work and made more money . All in All life is about experiences. This is how u find out what’s for you. I wanted to give it more time but got another opportunity to make decent money with weekly pay with less hours per week.

Pros

Decent benefits, but for family be prepared to fork out a lot of money. Work is consistent, 40 hours guaranteed. Homer fund availability to Temco. 40 hrs sick. Vacation accural.

Cons

Company does not even offer long term disability. Office associates paid the same even though responsibilities are different. Communication is literally non existent. Management does not hold people accountable. This company and managers do not care about their employees. They care about them and making themselves look good, even if it means stealing others ideas and throwing ppl under the bus. They like to make it look like they care. Promoting would be available if you can move or travel.
