Temecula Prep is a supportive environment for staff and teachers.

The lack cohesive vision does make it feel that you are reinventing the wheel at times, but it's a nice place to work.

There is a new headmaster who is actually qualified.

The OLD headmaster fired anyone who did not agree with him or knew more than he did. So, now I guess he gets off with some flowery recommendation from the board. What a joke...he never lead or managed anything, he just ruled by fear. Every day, we have come to work wondering if we were going to be the next one gone. Maybe the interim headmaster will actually follow the laws and not have several lawsuits pending against the school like that old headmaster or so it is rumored. I am starting to believe those rumors - they make sense now. The only people not fired are some of the worst teachers who he actually liked. Maybe the new guy will have enough "sense" to actually write them up and take parent complaints seriously and get rid of the bad eggs.
