Pros

Great Team: The colleagues are fantastic. There’s a real sense of camaraderie and teamwork among the staff, which makes the daily grind more bearable. However, we let 30%+ of the team go in January. Decent Benefits: The company offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans. However, the unlimited PTO is a mixed bag—people don't actually take time off. Working remotely is great!

Cons

Lack of Direction: The biggest issue is the management's frequent changes in business strategy. It feels like every few months there's a new "top priority" that contradicts the last one. This creates confusion and makes it hard to stay focused. Poor Communication: With each new direction, communication from management is often unclear. Employees are left in the dark about the reasons behind changes, which leads to frustration and decreased morale. Unstable Job Security: Because of the frequent shifts in business focus, job roles and responsibilities are always changing. This instability makes it difficult to feel secure in your position. Limited Career Growth: The constant changes make it hard to see a clear career path. Promotions and advancements seem arbitrary and based more on the latest strategic pivot than on merit or performance. Inexperienced Leadership: The current CEO lacks the real business experience necessary to steer the company effectively. This inexperience is evident in the frequent missteps and poor strategic decisions.

Pros

The core concept behind Templum is genuinely compelling — bringing much-needed infrastructure and legitimacy to alternative asset markets, making these investments more accessible to a broader range of investors. The team is sharp, motivated, and includes people with real expertise in both fintech and traditional capital markets. There's a sense of being part of something that could meaningfully reshape how private securities are traded and accessed.

Cons

The space has become increasingly crowded, with new firms emerging to challenge what was once a unique position for Templum. Leadership and overall direction are holding the company back — there's a pattern of constantly shifting priorities that stifles opportunities and makes it hard to build momentum.
