      Very toxic leadership and specifically in sales. They have managers with serious mental issues and the founders don't do anything about it

      -insane growth trajectory -team and product quality is high -leadership is improving -one of the few non “ai” tech companies growing right now -many opportunities to grow and expand skills -no day is boring

      Cons

      -lots of distractions pop up, some due to tech climate, some due to unfocused leadership -sometimes slow to change
